Dental Student Terms and Conditions

These Dental Student Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern registration for and participation in educational programs offered by 4M Institute LLC to dental students.
By registering for or attending a course as a dental student, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
1. ELIGIBILITY
Dental student registration is limited to individuals currently enrolled in an accredited dental education program. Proof of enrollment may be required.
2. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Course availability, schedules, instructors, and content are subject to change.
3. REFUND AND CREDIT POLICY
All dental student registrations are nonrefundable.
In the event of an unforeseen circumstance, the Institute may, at its sole discretion, apply the registration amount as a credit toward a future course. No cash refunds will be issued.
4. SCOPE OF PARTICIPATION
Dental students may attend lectures and participate in typodont based hands on workshops only, as described in the course materials.
Dental students are not permitted to:
(a) Participate in live patient care
(b) Perform clinical procedures
(c) Provide treatment of any kind
5. NO CE CREDITS
Dental students are not eligible to receive continuing education credits
6. CODE OF CONDUCT
Dental students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. The Institute reserves the right to remove any participant for inappropriate or unsafe behavior without refund or credit.
7. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA RELEASE
By attending Institute programs, dental students grant permission for photographs or recordings to be used for educational or marketing purposes unless written notice is provided prior to the event.
8. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participation in educational activities, including typodont based workshops, involves inherent risks. Dental students voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course materials are the intellectual property of the Institute or its instructors and may not be recorded, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Institute shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in dental student programs.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
The Institute reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
