4M Institute Dental Student Registration and Cancellation Policy

1. General Terms
   This policy applies to all dental students and dental residents who register for educational programs offered by 4M Institute. Student registrations are offered at a reduced tuition rate and are limited to observational and didactic participation only unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing by 4M Institute.

By registering for any 4M Institute program, dental students agree to comply with the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Student Participation Status
   Dental students attend 4M Institute courses in an observational and educational capacity only. Students do not participate in patient treatment, hands on clinical procedures, or any activity requiring licensure. Student registrations do not include continuing education credit and do not result in certificates of completion.

3. Cancellation and Credit Policy

3.1 Nonrefundable Registration
All dental student registrations are nonrefundable.

3.2 Credit in Lieu of Refund
If a student is unable to attend due to an unforeseen circumstance, 4M Institute may, at its sole discretion, apply the registration amount as a credit toward a future eligible course. Credits have no cash value and may only be applied toward tuition for future 4M Institute programs.

3.3 Special Circumstances
Medical emergencies, death in the immediate family, or force majeure events including natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government restrictions may be considered for credit at the discretion of 4M Institute. No refunds will be issued.

4. Transfer Policy

4.1 Transfer Requests
All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] . Only one transfer is permitted per student registration and is subject to course availability and eligibility.

4.2 Tuition Differences
If the tuition for the new course is higher than the original registration, the student is responsible for the difference. Credits and transfers are only valid for dental student eligible courses.

5. Course Cancellation by 4M Institute

5.1 Institute Right to Cancel
4M Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to instructor availability, enrollment levels, facility limitations, or other circumstances beyond its control.

5.2 Student Rights
If a course is cancelled by 4M Institute, students will be offered either a credit toward a future eligible course or a full refund at the Institute’s discretion. 4M Institute is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other related expenses.

6. Policy Updates
   4M Institute reserves the right to modify this policy. Any updates will be posted on the Institute website and provided to registered students when applicable.
