Level 1 gives attendees one day of didactic training with hands-on model work where they learn how to safely and predictably place implants in their own practice. It focuses on single-unit, posterior implant sites while covering the importance of soft tissue, anatomy and histology for long-term implant success, implant prosthetic options, sinus bumps, and simple socket preservation with buccal wall repair.

Dr. Corey Raymond, DMD

Dr. Corey Raymond, DMD is a 2014 graduate of the Temple University School of Dentistry and founder of the Academy of Modern Implant Dentistry. He has implemented and tested
the newest digital workflows in the clinical setting ranging from intra-oral scanning, 3D printing, surgical and prosthetic design workflows, and photogrammetry. Dr. Raymond’s private practice completes 25-30 full arch cases per month utilizing the latest advances in digital technology. He has been involved in implant education since 2017, emphasizing these advancements in implant technology and how to increase predictability in both surgical and prosthetic outcomes.

Dr. Raymond is an internationally recognized speaker in implantology and is a Key Opinion Leader for Straumann Group, Sprintray, and Hu-Friedy. He has been a part of placing over 12,000 implants in his career and offers a continuum of courses ranging from the
fundamentals of implant surgery to implants for the full arch utilizing the latest digital workflows and offering live patient surgery.
