Dr. Athena earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the prestigious University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, one of the nation’s leading dental programs. She further refined her expertise through a rigorous residency at the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Columbia University in New York City. Her relentless pursuit of excellence has positioned her as one of the most sought-after clinicians in full arch restoration, particularly in cases involving severe bone loss, zygomatic, and pterygoid implants.

Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Athena is a dedicated educator and mentor. She serves as The Lead Educator at the 4M Institute, where she collaborates with leading experts, including Dr. Sean Mohtashami, to train dental professionals from around the world in full arch rehabilitation.

 

Dr. Athena was recently honored to be the first female dentist to teach full arch dental implant solutions at ORCAA, in collaboration with Universidad Francisco Marroquín (UFM) in Guatemala.
