Course Overview
This course is designed for experienced clinicians already proficient in rehabilitating the edentulous maxilla with dental implants and want to gain understanding and experience in how zygomatic implants can reduce the need for bone grafting and provide a full-arch restoration in one visit.

ABOUT: Dr. Sean Mohtashami
Dr. Sean is the founder of 4M Institute and is both a pioneer and a leading expert specializing in dental implant solutions. Dr. Sean owns and operates several practices and opened 4M Institute to offer a much needed dental training institute, dedicated to teaching dentists not only clinical and lab training, but also marketing, sales, and leadership. ABOUT: Dr. Vishtasb Broumand, MD, DMD
Vishtasb Broumand, DMD, MD graduated from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1997 and subsequently from the University of Miami School of Medicine in 2000. He completed his postdoctoral residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery along with an additional year of General Surgery at the University of Miami/ Jackson Memorial Hospital in 2003. Since then he also completed a fellowship in Head and Neck Tumor and Reconstructive Surgery under the mentorship of Dr. Robert E. Marx at the University of Miami in 2005.
Upon completion of fellowship, he served as Assistant Professor of Clinical Surgery in the University of Miami School of Medicine Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Miami, FL from 2005 to 2006 and was in private practice from 2006 to 2012 until his full time return to the University of Miami School of Medicine Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Vishtasb Broumand is a world-renowned oral surgeon with over 20 years of expertise in major oral and Maxillofacial reconstructive surgery. His exceptional skills in these specialized areas have earned him global recognition. Dr. Broumand’s proficiency in Zygomatic and Pterygoid Implant surgeries allows him to provide innovative solutions for complex cases, helping patients regain their oral health and function.
In addition to his remarkable surgical abilities, Dr. Broumand is also a dedicated educator. He has shared his knowledge and expertise by teaching over 250 surgeons, passing on his skills and advancing the field of oral surgery.
