This Dental Student Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how 4M Institute LLC (“Institute,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information in connection with dental student registrations and participation in Institute educational programs.

By registering for or attending a course as a dental student, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.

 

1. SCOPE OF THIS POLICY

This Policy applies to personal information collected from dental students through:
(a) the Institute website and registration platforms
(b) email, text, and electronic communications
(c) course registrations, attendance, and participation

 

2. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE REQUIREMENT

Dental student participation is limited to individuals who:
(a) are eighteen years of age or older
(b) are enrolled in an accredited dental education program

The Institute does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under eighteen.
